Journey Mapping
When designing a digital signup experience for a client like Amazon it's important not to weigh it down with bells and whistles that don't serve a purpose. That was amongst our guiding principles when creating the gateway for one of the world's largest retailers' potential delivery contractors. It was paramount that the process to sign up was short and efficient while being informative enough to actually explain what the service actually is.
